The Centre for Research in the History of Philosophical Ideas carries out an editorial activity that includes an international academic journal, collective volumes resulting from the conferences it has organised and editorial publications by the Centre’s members. The Centre’s publications build on the results of its scholarly events and contribute to Romanian and international philosophical debate.
The journal — IJAPHC
The International Journal of Aesthetics and Philosophy of Culture (IJAPHC) is the Centre’s international academic journal, dedicated to aesthetics and the philosophy of culture. The full contents of the published issues are publicly available in PDF format. Details and downloads on the IJAPHC page.
Volumes and books
The results of the CCIIF conferences are published in collective volumes — from the volume of the national conference “Critică, Marginalitate, Cinism” (editors: Cristian Iftode and Cristina Voinea) to editorial publications in the field of hermeneutics and of the history of philosophy. The complete list on the Volumes page.
Publish with CCIIF
The papers presented at the Centre’s conferences may be published in a volume or in partner academic publications (among them Analele Universității București — Seria Filosofie, for the selection of the student conferences). Calls for contributions are announced in the Opportunities section.
